I suppose the Jolly Boys are saying some name like "Latimer" (!?). There's a slight possibility that the Jamaican Jolly Boys were more familiar with the Jamaican Lord Tanamo's version (or some Jamaican mento that came before them), and unknowingly mangled the word.

Haven't heard the Chaps. But the site says their is based on the Jolly Boys. So they may have just mumbled what they didnt understand.
