Also vintage Dano pickups gained popularity with blues slide guitarists.

Then again, I also like P90s, but I believe the better P90s aint cheap.
I have various far east made P90 guitars and the sound is usually a bit indifferent.

Whereas the new old stock Korean Dano pickups from about 10 years ago sound great
with small wattage USA 'Fender champ' style valve amps.

I think the current production Dano lipsticks might just be a little hotter for a bit more versatility ?
