This is all so very simple...
What Ryan wants, in essence, privatization of the New Deal... This is not a knee-jerk reaction... It is what he wants...
Problem is that if there is "X" amount of money for retirement and health care and the government can administer those programs with less than 2% of the pie then if you privatize it and administrative costs are 15% of the pie and the pie size stays the same then it doesn't take a rocket surgeon to tell ya' that the someone is going to take a 13% decrease...
