"Why should we care who entertainment celebs endorse?"

When I was entering my impressionable teenage years back in the early 70's
countless pop culture celebrities endorsed promiscuous sex , booze, drugs, and rock 'n' roll....


so I would hope by now I've learnt enough to mistrust the judgement of celebrities by now...........?????????
