I was waiting for a bit more positive news before posting a message here. As you well know I don't embrace the electronic media very much and rarely bother with 'faceache' and 'mudbath' but this is a bit different.
We were shocked and upset to hear about your misfortune but more than relieved to hear about the continued recovery. Meg did send a card from us both which hopefully cheered you a bit - though we're sure it was only one of many.

Appologies for not having been able to come and visit but things have been a bit hectic as usual - I'll explain in more detail when I see you which, hopefully, will be before too long.
All the Family send their best as well as Dave & Sue Hoy, Steve & Linda Black among many others but especially Meg & myself. We go back a hell of a long way, mate, and would like to think we can go on for a fair bit into the future.

Get yourself one of these 'electronic fag' things like 'what I've got' - nobody believed I would knock smoking on the head but I haven't had a real ciggy since February 2nd - if I can do it so can you!
