The dressage, which is simply training animals to do tricks as far as I can tell, could do with some enlivening. I suggest members of the public are stationed at regular intervals around the arena and must try to knock off the rider's hat with water bombs.

Of course, the poor horse suffers enough as it is so instant disqualification for water bombing the nag. The toff's hat is fair game though. Gold here we come!
