One change in this year's festival from previous years....some Princeton restaurants and others have some enthusiasm about the Eastern European theme and there will be a few kiosks and booths selling some wonderful food. Pierogies, cabbage rolls, some Greek food...as well as the great Indian food that was sold last year, plus a couple vendors doing hamburgers/hotdogs.

I'm particularly looking forward to seeing what Barbara at Coco's Bistro puts together.
