Sounds fraught with problems. What species provides the minister/officient? Are we talking about chimp law or human law? If it is both, what happens if you divorce under one law but not under the other? If a chimp is married to another already, I can see that the from the chimps viewpoint it might be bigamy, but is it for the human? I think we need a committee to think through all of this for a good few decades ...
