I prefer the tang of Miracle Whip rather than mayo. I SLATHER it on both sides of cracked wheat toast and put way too much pepper on both sides. I prefer field tomatoes as opposed to the hydro toms* we get here from TO (well, Massivesawgwaw - Kent County spellin) in the winter and I slice em a half inch thick. A half a sammy with a huge glass of COLD water is a meal.

* Oh, I eat em. They are cheap. Just something "uneasy" about a tomatoe, or anything else, grown in a medium that contains no real dirt. Eh?
