Hi Martin. Yes - like anyone who loved a good night out I remember The Star like it was yesterday. What a fabulous club and characters. I went on a few singers & guest nights but one night ended up being the guest as the " proper guest " failed to arrive ( can't remember who it was !! ). Since those days I've been in the John Wright Band ( with Maart ), Garva from Liverpool, Sara Grey & Ellie Ellis, Niamh Parsons, etc. and currently with Ildanach.
