Aphids mean your plants are under stress - too much or too little water is a common problem. Soapy water and water under pressure will help. If you have food-grade diatomaceous earth (not the type for swimming pools) you can puff some of that onto the plants and the powder will dry up their little exoskeletons and kill them. Let your plants dry out between waterings.
