Long Firm Freddie, go to the FAQ thread that's always top of the list, then skim through Joe's first post and click on "basic mudcat HTML" or whatever it's called. All will be explained. A blue clicky is fiddly for the person doing it, but it makes life a whole lot easier for everyone else.
