Tried calling the phone number on the window, but when I tried "talkin' Spaw" at them they claimed it was a unrecognizable language and hung up.

Obviously that place is a "false lead," probably planted to deliberately mislead all the "hotties" who've been so aggresively pursuing him. (It probably does get tiresome after so many many many many many ... years.)
