I don't reckon it is a British poster. Anyone can use the correct spelling of words. I agree that it takes a Brit to be so pompous (only because we are better than the rest of the world you understand) but we would never be so obvious. I reckon it is far more likely to be someone from the colonies who would like to be a true Brit but doesn't quite make the grade...;-)
