IQ, as a test of one's ability to learn and think, is a joke... Most teachers don't care about those numbers one bit and most teachers don't even think the test is at all reliable... At least that's the way it was when I was a teacher (2 years - 5/6 combination, 2 years - jailhouse GED, 1 year - H.S. American History)...

Hoover might have been bright but his biggest problem is that he didn't understand basic economics...
