Generally at least 65. You see, if you've been around for that long, you've probably told the truth so many times you get free passes on a lot of lies. If you've mostly told the truth in your younger days, telling a few whoppers in your geezerhood probably won't result in your immortal soul being condemned to spend eternity in hellfire. Your pants, maybe, but not your eternal soul.
