The boar apparently becomes dead. This appears to a be a problem, although, since this is supposed to be a boar hunt, and the game warden has authorized it, it isn't clear why. Your bro and his pals have a BBQ pork dinner. I'm not a hunter, but I'm pretty sure I could grasp the point of your story if you could explain it slowly and with not too many syllables.
