Michelle, don't those gleaming jars that went through the beautiful "ping" look like works of art? Every time I pull one of my jars from the shelf later I have to thank my past self for doing this. And I enjoy the process of growing, canning, and consuming, all activity on my property.

Betty, those machines and devices speak to each other, there is no other answer for it. The cascade of events is a sort of mechanical sit-down-strike. :)

Kat, it sounds great, how you've streamlined your activity and are finally feeling better. I'm hoping for more Morgan stories, though! Please tell him (again) that there are a number of us who are really enjoying everything he does, as reported here.

This morning I called a friend who has a couple of side businesses and arranged for him to come by the house this weekend. I do my own scooping and deposit it in the compost, but I was thinking about another friend who I have been able to help get jobs, and thought I could do more. So Marc is coming over on Sunday to scoop the back, he'll charge a nominal fee, but I'll be able to get a few photos and recommend his service to local friends on facebook. Most of us probably do it ourselves, but every so often it's nice to have a break or we need a little extra help. So I can say that I wasn't compensated for my review and my friend will finally get a chance to come over - we've been talking about it for ages, as we compare notes on gardens and dogs. :)
