At http://www.recordfinders.com/T1cat.html they are offering for sale a 45rpm record by the Tempests, with "Georgia Woods" on one side and "Jenny" on the other. Label = Polydor 14056.

Could this be the one you want? Unfortunately, I was unable to find any more information.
