That's why they have challenges so potentially biased jurors or kept off the panel. No such chace in PBCHell yeah I'm biased. The last jury duty I was called for involved someone suing deep pockets for a mint. I think these mega awards are bull so no jury duty for me.
Before that I was called for a trial and asked if I was an NRA member. I wasn't at the time, but told Mr. lawyer that I once was a member. He wanted no part of me. So us biased people can be kept off juries.
But not hand counts.
