In posts, some of long standing, containing letters or symbols such as fractions or musical notes from the 'character palette' or 'special characters' list, these have suddenly been replaced by a symbol of a white question-mark enclosed in a black equilateral rhombus. Why has this happened? Can it be rectified and normality restored, please?
