The posts aren't changing - the way your browser is displaying them is, because something has gone wrong with it.

I'm not seeing this on my setup. Firefox 3.6 on MacOS, default encoding Unicode (UTF-8), default fonts Georgia, Arial and Courier, "Allow pages to choose their own fonts" turned off.

I have seen those diamonds with question marks on other setups, both on MacOS and Windows.
