Here's how I remember: "It's A Grand Old Flag"

It's a grand old bag, it's a ???? plastic bag
and we find them on all of our clothes.
Oh a kid can play the live-long day
with them everywhere that he goes.
They are much more fun
than a doll or a gun,
you can wave them around like flags.
But should old acquaintance be forgot,
keep your head out of plastic bags!
