Hello Catters, lots happening at Black Diamond Towers at the moment, the most exciting news being we've got hitched to those lovely Merlin Music peeps in Melrose, Scotland - Merlin Music Melrose - who enjoy none other than Phil and Aly as patrons.

Another accordion hero of mine, Ian Lowthian, composer of 'Stomach Steinway Man', is principal accordion tutor at the Merlin Music Academy (which partners the music store), and has endorsed the BDA range as 'ideal beginners' accordions'. Paul Chamberlain also teaches accordion at the Academy, and is equally supportive of the suitability of these instruments as student boxes.

Merlin are exclusive distributors of Black Diamond Accordions (including melodeons) in Scotland, and stock the full range of instruments in their brand new premises in Melrose, in the Borders.
