In the last four election cycles, Republicans have been tied or had an advantage in the number of votes cast all but once.

The only year that Democrats had the avantage was in 2008 when their base thought their dream world would come true if they voted for Obama.

Even with the Republican advanatge and the strong majority of independants will be voting for Romney, polls in "swing sates" are being skewed at least 6% in favor of Democrats sampled, and some polls are skewed as much as 11%. These polls are run by NBC, New York Times and other sources that are supposed to be taken seriously.

Fact is, Ohio may be a "tossup" but nothing south of DC is. Romney is actually ahead in electoral votes if polls are unskewed.
