Inside it says, "Bad news: There may be a couple side effects."

And the voiceover chip says:

   Stiff Neck

   Bunions
   Memory Loss
   Constipation...
Other side effects may include:
   Bug Eyes
   Excessive talking about your cats
   New York Accents
   Kelp Stink
   The Boogie Woogie Flu
   Whooping Farts
   Uncontrolled Need for Crafting
   Spontaneous Human Combustion
   Earlobe Cramping
   and a Fear of Bendy Straws."

That one takes the cake...(birthday cake, that is).
