You need 15-20 minutes of cardio exercise every day - getting your heart rate up to the necessary levels. Working on cars, building boxes and digging 10 potatoes is not cardio.
And before you accuse me of being the proverbial black-calling pot, I am seriously overweight, true, but my blood pressure is perfect and I take no medications....I also work out for an hour a minimum of twice per week.
