A couple of others that I've come back to over quite a few years:

To get a seasonal job at the post office, and send back Santa Clause letters marked "deceased".

To open a cafe, put up a sign that says "TOPLESS WAITRESSES", and hire only (fully dressed) flat-chested gals as servers.
