Thread Name: Review: Graham & Eileen Pratt's music
Subject: RE: Review: Graham & Eileen Pratt's music
I am in California and sadly not too many people here know of
Graham & Eileen Pratt. Somehow their music escaped the folk music scene here (even though other UK folk artists did get noticed).
I love, love, love their music and two of my favourite songs are,
"Silver Whistle" and "Lad of Lovely Hair."
I guess it comes down to touring, radio exposure on folk music programs, etc. and distribution of their albums - which I don't believe they have in U.S.A.
They are extremely talented and I only wish I could be there to see them in a concert venue. I have a few of their vinyl LPs and then later, some CD's. Is there a list somewhere of all their albums ever made, tapes, etc. (even if not available or out of print)?
I think their web site I saw at one time only listed the available CD's but I would be curious to see everything they ever recorded (even if out of print now).   Thank you.
