Falsifying the divine curves of Nature is a blasphemous act, but its basic quality as a sin is one of understandable hubris. Being attracted to false breastworks is a purely human error, forgiveable in that even in error it respects the more important DIvine Curve. So such sinners may be readily forgiven and may, if they extend their hand for forgiveness, find they can slip in under the wire.
