I am saddened that some women feel the need. I hope that any woman who has it done receives the benefits she had hoped for and suffers no ill effects.

Re reduction surgery, thank goodness it is available for women who have health issue due to large breasts.

Now, if there were operations for personality, intelligence, kindness and so on, for all three genders, that would great although I fear there wouldn't be enough doctors to go around, judging by people I chance to meet far too often.
