Thanks YY for beating me to an update, and to everyone who came along.

(I never meant to imply Malcolm had really been forgotten - as has been pointed out, his name keeps coming up anyway. I was just concerned that there had been no further posts and the thread would disappear.)

There was a moment to reflect on all the friends lost over the years as well as Malcolm and Mike. So live life to the full, folks, while we're still here.
