Thread Name: How many instruments do you own?
Subject: RE: How many instruments do you own?
A Petersen, British [Manchester] made but Spanish/classical style nylon strung guitar, 35 years old but maintains tone and tuning

A five-string banjo, good tone but no maker's name, inherited from a friend's father some years ago

6-bar G/Em autoharp, probably Edwardian, bought about 45 years ago for £4.10.0(four pounds, ten shillings = £4.50) at Hammond's Auction Rooms, Cambridge

Two Lachenal wooden ended 30-key Anglo-German concertinas: a seven-fold C/G bought from Neil Wayne who dated it about 1905 though its serial # was missing, which was subsequently serviced and rebellowed by Crabb's of Islington; and a six-fold D/A, numbered, dated 1912. {I had a newly-made Crabb metal ended F/B♭, but found it rather harsh to sing to, my main use of these instruments, so sold it}

Small djembe-type drum, new from Oxfam IIRC

Tambourine

All above except the last can be heard on my youtube channel

Have owned, but no longer, several predecessors to present guitar, incl a [possible] Gibson acoustic which fell off a wall and broke, and an Aria [Japanese] nylon-strung classical acoustic; and a ukulele banjo, bought at Miller's of Cambridge, which I sold when inherited above banjo
