Check out the young band Kitty, Daisy & Lewis. One of the girls plays a mean harp (not sure which one it is!!)

I also intend to learn harmonica to play along with my banjo (5 string) and no I'm not American I'm in the UK! Can't understand why more women don't play banjo either, it's much more suited to the female hand.
