Spaw - If you are still in the mood for a good salad I've got a great southern fried possum salad recipe that I'd be willing to let you have. It gets a little tricky putting lettuce in the deep frier but it's worth it. And come to think of it I saw a fresh roadkill out on 121 this morning on the way to work that looked like it was in pretty good shape. I can check on it while I'm going home. YUUUUMMMMMMMMMMMMM !!
