Oops. My post was messed up (by me, obviously). Essentially, I expect a non-event HERE but the media is generating fear unduly at this point in time, given the projections of both US and CAN weather services.

I hope Sandy doesn't cause too much damage but it's gonna be touch and go as far as NY and maybe even further if Sandy picks up moisture in the Great Lakes area.
