It's a weekend, so enjoy sleeping in!

I'm shifting my diet meal-wise, and I noticed last night when I went to bed that I felt "empty" - not hungry, but empty. The process of the largest meal as breakfast is going to take some adjustment. I always eat breakfast, but it is usually the simplest meal of the day. I'm having to figure out what to have ready so I can reheat for breakfast instead of having to get up a lot earlier to do the cooking before work that I usually do after work. I talked with my doctor about having cut out a lot of carbs and foods that should result in weigh loss, but not having much success. Her practice partner lost weight by reversing the size order of her meals. The hardest part of this change will be the early dinner that is recommended. Small I can manage, early is not so easy.
