I had the great pleasure of booking 'Shag Connor and the Carrot Crunchers' to appear at a formal function in the Sgts Mess on Blandford Camp about 1978 or 79. They were a superb act bringing humour and great music to lighten up the formal occasion. Thoroughly enjoyed by all who were there. I have a photograph of Mick and other members of the band with me in the bar prior to the performance. I'm happy to share it with anyone interested.
