After a previous faked photo-opp washing CLEAN plates that had already been washed, in a shelter, now he's after another photo-opp loading a lorry with charitable gifts in kind - despite the charities saying that gifts in kind use more resources than they create (IE they do not want gifts in kind) and they would rather have cash.

What a sleazeball.
