Report from just up the road from BillD, in Germantown MD. Other than a free day off from work, nothing doing up here. However, brother in NY lost power, not likely to have it back for 5 days or more. He works in NYC. And given the transportation horror there, he may not get back to work for a week or two. So sad for so many.
