I mentioned before, but I'll repeat here since this thread is just starting out again, that I am in the process of reversing the order of meals as far as size and timing. I've already pared my diet down to healthier foods, but the 30 pounds I'd like to lose haven't budged.
At my annual physical a week ago my doctor suggested doing what a partner in her practice has done, eat the largest meal for breakfast, medium for lunch, and a small meal for dinner, and try to not eat after 6pm. A study they read suggested this is a healthier eating pattern and her partner lost the weight she wanted to. I can do small dinner but I'm struggling with the early part. And I need to figure out what to have for breakfast that has the same robust and well-rounded quality of dinner. Breakfast may have to be reheated dinner items. Dinner may have to be breakfast items.
