I don't have Norton or any other anti-virus program. I used to have a firewall, but uninstalled and deleted it. Nothing running except the things automatically on the powerbar.

Can you direct me to how to get to a live person in Paltalk support, as you seem to have achieved? Perhaps I'd be able, with a full description of history and symptoms, to get personal guidance. Their e-mail "support" is not helpful at all.
