You can jeer and laugh at a white working class family in Georgia with impunity. How long could you get away with doing it to a black working class family in Philadelphia? Probably not at all. You'd be branded a racist.
Georgia was the last state to surrender in The War of Northern Aggression so people there can be sneered at with the rest of Amerika's blessing.
