Subject: RE: Declutter & Exercise - NOV````2012
I have always read that breakfast is the most important meal and needs to be the biggest, with lunch large and supper small. It is not part of how most of us do it. Have also read often that food eaten close to bedtime puts on the most weight. That makes some sense as we do not do much to burn it off. But also, as Michelle notes, ...

I have found I usually get through the morning quite well on one piece of that good rye bread toast with tahini. Today, I did two pieces and added a skim of comb honey. I am planning/hoping for a productive morning and not wanting to be hungry before noon.

FB does take too much time some days but it is mostly interesting and I meet some terrific people, like on here. But last night I thought, oh I'll just check emails (9:30) and got to bed about 11:30.... And ended up eating some cookies. I used to quick go to bed before I got hungry again.

Emails are done, heat is turned up in the studio (minus 5 Celsius outside this morning but very beautiful), off to work shortly. I warm the water in which I dip my hands with an electric tea kettle. Sure helps! And the next box of clay is near the heater. Maybe a fan pointed at the ceiling would bring the warm air down - high ceiling!

That is why I like this thread - it helps me think about things - what can I do better, what else can I get rid off, where is a better place to put... , what can I sort out next. I was doing very little at the cabin for a while, thinking we might be moving but if we are going to be here til spring.... Things to make life a little more pleasant, more attractive, more efficient. Of course, the gift of the futon/frame caused the resurrection of the spare room - and the inconvenience of having weekend tenants (through airbnb). Now it will not be inconvenient if others come along.
