Mounties, trim and neat in their red uniforms, instead of the typical fat, corrupt state trooper with his gut hanging over his belt. A national defence budget of under 24,000 dollars annually (and that's Canadian dollars!)...which is enough to maintain a series of loudspeakers mounted along the border over which the announcement "We surrender! We surrender! We surrender!" is to be broadcast continuously in the event of armed invasion of our territory by any external aggressor. Why this alone would free up enough cash to completely end poverty, homelessness, and a host of other social problems presently afflicting America.

Soddy, you should know that Canadians are pretty well the last people around who actually say "out". Americans say "owwwwwt", stretching the sound owwwwwt and giving it a very nasal overtone. Scots and ONLY SCOTS say "oot".
