In the extremely rare chance that a previous owner who is HIV positive has filled her/his harmonica with semen, blood, vaginal secretions or breast milk then there is a slight chance of transmission, but only if the harmonica is purchased and played within minutes of said former owner filling his/her instrument with an infectious fluid.
