Trouble with the supplying company is that they clearly do most of their business with other companies, not individuals like me, and how often am I likely to buy furniture?

If I had not had an appointment for yesterday pm, I would have demanded redelivery, as I would if they delivered on Saturdays, but I wanted the bookshelves soon. Had I known they were at Basildon, I would have waited, because it would have cost me £4 to get them. The journey to Barking was more interesting, and would have been cheaper.
