It sounds like 'Songs of the Wexford Coast' collected by Joseph Ranson cc.
It was first published in 1948 and reprinted locally by John English and Co. Ltd in 1975
No idea if it is still in print (probably not), but I would suggest the Irish Traditional Music Archive should be able to help - failing that, local singer Paddy Berry would be the man to ask.
The 1975 introduction, by James Hammel Jnr. of Kilmuckridge, Co. Wexford, mentions the possibility of a second edition with further songs, though I have never seen a copy of this.
