Gerrymandering will never stop.    Both parties do it, and there is no incentive to stop--and a powerful incentive to keep it going.

You have to appeal to the self-interest of one or both parties on this.   Not possible.

If anybody thinks it is possible, please explain. I don't claim to have the last word on this--but at this point see no alternative. It's just not a burning issue to enough voters to have an impact.
