I just checked my local television listings to see what might be worth watching this evening, and lo!

PBS's "American Masters" is doing an hour-and-a-half special on Woodie Guthrie. My local PBS channel has it scheduled tonight at 8:00 p.m. PDT.

I checked the "American Masters" web site for further information and came up with all kinds of good stuff, including a program on Carl Sandburg. Apparently, if you've missed a program, you can stream it on your computer (but I'm not absolutely sure about this).

One the Guthrie program, PBS is airing it tonight. Some local stations record programs from the national feed and air them locally at another time. The web site says to check your local listings.
